Everything in the world has its own properties and levels, not to mention the wide range of cable products, even if you are in the industry, not all know, today's cable with plastic coated aluminum tape supplier finishing this article, the classification of wire and cable products, I hope to help you better understand the meaning of the specifications.

1.Bare copper wire

Bare wire and bare conductor products refers to the conductive wire without insulation, no sheath, mainly including bare single wire, bare stranded wire and type wire profile three series of products.

▶ Copper and aluminum single wire: including soft copper single wire, hard copper single wire, soft aluminum single wire, hard aluminum single wire. It is mainly used as semi-products of various wires and cables, and a small amount is used in the manufacturing of communication wires and electric motors and appliances.

▶ Bare stranded wire: including hard copper stranded wire (TJ), hard aluminum stranded wire (LJ), aluminum alloy stranded wire (LHAJ), and steel core aluminum stranded wire (LGJ) are mainly used for electrical equipment and electronic appliances or components for connection, and the specifications of the above various stranded wires range from 1.0-300mm2.

2.The power cable

Power cables are used to transmit and distribute high-power electrical energy in the backbone of the power system, including 1 to 330KV and above of various voltage levels and various insulated power cables. Plastic-coated aluminum tape used for cable is coated on one or both sides with an adherent vinyl copolymer, transparent or blue. The copolymer exhibits excellent adhesion to aluminum substrates and has chemical resistance and the general properties of low density and high density polyethylene. Aluminum has electrical grade and purity with high electrical conductivity and manufacturing properties.

Power cables are divided into low-voltage cables, medium-voltage cables, high-voltage cables and so on according to voltage level. According to the insulation is divided into plastic insulated cable, rubber insulated cable, mineral insulated cable, etc.

3. Overhead insulated cable

Overhead cable is also very common, and it is characterized by the absence of sheath. Many people have three misconceptions about this type of cable, the big cake here to correct the next.

▶ First, its conductor is not only aluminum, there are also copper conductors (JKYJ, JKV), aluminum alloy (JKLHYJ). Now there is also steel-core aluminum stranded overhead cable (JKLGY).

▶ Secondly, it is not only single-core, which is common and usually single-core, but it is also possible for several conductors to be stranded into bundles.

▶ Thirdly, the voltage level of overhead cable is 35KV and below, not 1KV and 10KV both.
